Renovations over the years:
2017: The kitchen was completely renovated. The basement
was fully renovated (a new bathroom was added, the exterior
walls were re-insulated with urethane and new drywall was
installed, and a raised floor was added and carpeted in the
family room and bedroom). New hardwood flooring was
installed on both levels. New carpeting was added to the
staircase. Some thermo windows were replaced and fencing
was installed on the front of the house. The furnace was
equipped with an Ecobee smart thermostat.
In 2021: A new garage door with a Wi-Fi opener and a new
commercial-grade ceiling heater were installed.
In 2022, the driveway, sidewalk, and patio paving stones
were repaved.
In 2025: The kitchen cabinets were refreshed
(professionally repainted), and the upstairs bathroom tiles
were replaced. The caulking around the doors and windows
was redone, and insulation was added to the attic.
In 2016: Pyrite was removed from the garage (invoice
available). The garden shed was added in 2018. The
electrical panel was replaced by the previous owner,
probably in 2005 or 2006.
The morter on the upper part of the chimney was redone and
some tiles inside the chimney were replaced. The fireplace
and chimney are sold without any warranty with respect to
their compliance with applicable regulations and insurance
company requirements.
